What you share
The enquiry form collects your name, email, selected service, budget range, preferred timeline and project description. Company and phone details are optional. Product enquiries may also include the product you selected.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss a possible project. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s server-side database. They are not displayed publicly or made available through a public enquiry-list endpoint. Hosting and database providers process information as part of running the website.
We retain enquiry information while it is needed for the conversation or an agreed project, and for any applicable record-keeping obligations. Avoid including passwords, financial account details or confidential source material in the form.
Technical information
The website uses technical identifiers to limit spam and repeated submissions. The application stores a hash of a connection identifier for this purpose, with expired rate-limit records removed. The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for access and security.
Your choices
To request a correction or deletion, submit a contact enquiry using the same email address and include your enquiry reference, if you have one. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you.
